2 Year Old Makes Homemade Mac and Cheese: Susie's Cooking Show

Today 2 Year Old Susie is making delicious homemade mac and cheese with cheddar and Monterey Jack cheeses. Since Susie is only 2 and a half years old, we did not make a traditional roux to start this recipe, we used an egg and some milk.

The recipe:
12 ounces of cooked noodles (Susie wanted to put in the whole box, so these were not as tasty as they could be.
1 cup cheddar cheese
1 cup Monterey Jack Cheese (or cheese of your choice)
1 egg (although I added a 2nd because Susie got half of the egg on the table, and there were so many extra noodles.
2 cups of whole milk
Salt and pepper to taste.
Extra cheese for the topping and bread crumbs ( we used about 3/4 of a cup)

Bake at 350 till crispy!
