Our first week of living full time on the road.
Everywhere we have stayed is linked below:
Gordon Country https://www.gordoncountry.com.au
We stayed at 'Black Cockatoo' campground which has shower and toilet facilities. Black Cockatoo campground also has a dump point.
Last time we stayed at Gordon Country, we stayed at 'The Island' which is a much more secluded area which is full self contained. There are no facilities at 'The Island'.
Burrum Shores Beachfront Campground https://www.hipcamp.com/enAU/land/qu...
We stayed on Site 2 which is a beachfront site, the best beachfront site available.
1770 Camping Ground https://www.1770campingground.com.au
If we did this campground again, we would opt for a beachfront site. Unfortunately it was the week leading up to the ANZAC Day long weekend so we were very limited to sites available. We were grateful to get a site at all at this campground as it is right on the beach and had incredible sunrises and sunsets. $50 a night for power and water.
Yeppoon Farmstay Booked through instagram at @yeppoon_farmstay
We paid $40 a night for an incredible site on the top of the hill. When booking, ask for a site on the top of the hill.
