This Hoover U2188 Turbopower 2 dates from 1999 although it contains parts produced much earlier. As this was towards the end of the run of Turbopower 2, it has degraded in quality since the first models came out in 1992 and has a much louder 1100 watt motor. As my demonstration reveals, it performs pretty well and could certainly hold it’s own when compared to many vacuum cleaners available today.
