In this video we'll do the repair / replacement to fix a broken outside door handle for any old body style (OBS) GM full size trucks for the front row door. Cadillac, Chevrolet, and GMC full size models only. Applicable to Suburban, Silverado, Sierra, Yukon, Tahoe, W/T, Cheyenne models across Chevrolet, Cadillac, GMC, and Holden. GM part numbers are provided.

The vehicle shown is a 1999 Chevrolet Suburban K1500 with power door locks and windows. This procedure for the front row doors will be the same for all the vehicles in these 95 96 97 98 99 and some OBS carry over 2000 years, but those without power windows will have different equipment than what I've shown. The parts are the same for the rear row doors, but the disassembly details are different.
