Cheetah Hunting Ostrich

Even though the cheetah is better equipped to hunt than an ostrich because ostriches are much larger than cheetahs, killing one is a difficult task for a cheetah. An ostrich's feet are enormous, and a single smack to the head would instantly kill a cheetah. The ostrich is also a fast animal, reaching speeds of up to 50 km/h, so even though the cheetah is the fastest land mammal, it would need to use all its speed, to catch an ostrich. Let's see how this plays out. The cheetah stands there watching and slowly approaches the ostrich, which has no idea what is going on. When the ostrich realizes she is being pursued, she quickens her pace and starts galloping.

There are two ostriches, one which runs past the other. She appears to be yelling at the other to step back! The cheetah decides to pursue the second ostrich instead because it is slower. The chase is joined by a second cheetah, and the two of them attack the ostrich from behind. The two cheetahs appear to be peering beneath a lady's skirt due to the ostrich's massive feathers and buttocks. The ostrich fights back and continues to run, but a third cheetah arrives, assisting in bringing the ostrich down and choking it to death, providing them with a tasty meal.

Cheetah Hunting Gazelle

This cheetah mother appears to be pursuing a gazelle, and the pursuit appears to belong and exhausting. The skilled gazelle will sidestep, dodge, and weave among the trees to throw the cheetah off balance. Finally, the injury to the gazelle is the difference between life and death. The fatigued gazelle collapses due to a damaged hind limb after racing 320 yards at 56 mph. When the gazelle's head is down, the cheetah charges straight for the animal's neck, avoiding the potentially dangerous horns. She drags the kill by herself, but the cubs are in for a different kind of adventure this time! Within minutes, a swarm of flying scavengers has gathered. Before vultures arrive in large numbers, the cheetah mother and her young children must feed quickly. In the past, swarms of agitated vultures have been known to scare females and their cubs away from their carcasses. The problem for the cheetah mother is that she is still too exhausted to feed right away. The cheetah's mother charges the vultures, and the braver of the two cubs imitates his mother's movements and posture. After all, it's only a matter of time before the cheetahs are forced to surrender their prey to the vultures. This cheetah gambles on a much larger Grant's gazelle. All she must do now is draw it down and bite it. This gazelle, on the other hand, defies the cheetah. It's not going to be easy. Because the gazelle weighs more than twice as much as the cheetah, the cubs try to help because they can't let the prize go, but it refuses to go down. The gazelle quickly shifts his head and rotates the table, putting the cheetah in direct range of his lethal weapons, his 30inch horns.

The cheetah's mother tries to avoid the lethal spikes, but she is slammed into the ground by the muscular gazelle. The cheetah's torso is then perforated by the gazelle's spearlike horns, which puncture hide and muscle deep into an area teeming with vital organs such as the stomach, liver, and bladder. Even though the gazelle's defensive weapons save him, the cheetah is badly gored, and a cheetah that can't run after prey is better off dead. If they do not have their mother to protect them, these cubs will transition from fleeing with the hunter to running as the hunted. Cheetahs are known for their speed, but speed will not get them very far in a gazelle hunt. Cheetahs are unable to run at high speeds for extended periods of time, so they must approach their prey closely before launching a surprise attack. It's still amazing to watch this cheetah run at this speed.
