Grandpa’s Special Combo:
1lb Ground beef
3/4 Cup chopped onion
1/2 cup chopped celery
1 Can Stewed tomatoes (1lb 12oz)
1 tsp salt
1 cup uncooked elbow macaroni
2 cups shredded cheddar
1. Sauté beef onion in celery in a 3 quart sauce pan until meat is browned
2. Add tomatoes and salt. Bring to a boil.
3. Stir in macaroni; cover and cook over low heat, stirring occasionally 10 minutes, or until macaroni is tender.
4. Stir in cheese until melted.
