Today, I go to the market in the morning and make reserve dishes with the ingredients I bought. Vegetables are always left on with shellfish powder when I buy them. I didn't film it in the video because it would be too long, but I put it on this time because I am often asked about it. I also bought a nice chunk of meat at the market that weighed over 2 kilos, so I made a simple char siu pork. Throw it in the oven and it's ready in two hours. Homemade processed meats such as bacon and char siu pork are healthier because they do not contain additives. Homemade desserts also reduce the amount of sugar and synthetic additives you eat. Jellies, for example, can be made simply by dissolving gelatin and pouring it over fruit, making a perfect summer dessert.In the evening, we had a somen party with 3 kinds of somen dipping sauces and 13 kinds of condiments and ingredients.
