Dramatic footage of a fire at a Texas apartment building apparently shows a child jumping from the burning building. The dramatic bodycam videos taken from police officers show them racing up an outside staircase and evacuating families after a resident reported arson. During the confusion, the officers realize one family could not get out of the building in Balch Springs. The cops then saw a 10yearold boy in a secondfloor window but it was stuck and could not open. #InsideEdition
