In this video and a few videos that follow I will be talking about and testing out a new untinted base paint and varnish to use as a pouring medium for blooms and swipes, the Valspar Ultra High Gloss and the Semi Gloss both Base C along with the Varathane Triple Thick Water Based Polyurethane in Clear Gloss.
