We ran out first 100 Mile race (160km) in Tarawera, NZ.
There were plenty of highs & plenty of lows, but that is life & that is ULTRA.
I never thought that I would run an ultramarathon, let alone a 100 Mile Ultramarathon but here we are.
It is through running that I realised we are capable of SO MUCH MORE than our minds lead us to believe.
