Hello, this is Jaeho, a trainer and physical therapist!

This is an advanced version of a 10minute fullbody workout. If you have difficulty doing jump squats, you can carry an additional load such as dumbbells in the basic squat, or if you have difficulty doing jump split squats, you can replace them by carrying additional loads and transforming them into split squats.

For exercises such as the prone snow angels exercise, if there is a pullup bar that can do chinups, it is recommended to replace them with chinups.

We recommend doing 1 set of the dynamic warmup routine from the playlist before performing this routine, 3 sets once every 3 days. In the next video, I'm going to create a mix of a warmup routine and a fullbody workout routine!
