✅INGREDIENTS:
14 oz (400 gr) Organic Buckwheat (green)
8.8 oz (250 ml) water
1 1/2 tsp sea salt
Optional: Hemp seeds, pumpkin seeds or sunflower seeds
✳INSTRUCTIONS:
1. Soak the buckwheat 10 hours at room temperature. Then drain and rinse and add to the blender add water and sea salt and blend until smooth and creamy.
2. Grease the baking pans with coconut oil and pour batter into pans. Cover with towel the pans with batter for 46 hours.
OPTIONAL: on the video i sprinkled hemp seeds and pumpkin seeds on the top of the batter and put into oven to bake.
3. Then bake 90 mins (1 hour and 30 mins) at 350 F
4. When it is ready, remove from baking pans and let them cool under the towel.
5. Serve with cashew cheese (will be next video)
