Ingredients:
Purple Sweet Potato filling:
Peeled purple sweet potato 375 g
Vegetable oil 30 ml (2 tbsp)
Brown sugar 30 g (2 tbsp)

Glutinous rice dough
Glutinous rice flour 210 g
White sugar 7 g 1/2 tbsp
Hot water 175 ml ( 80 ℃)
