TheMealPrepChannel was created by Chefs Manny and Mar. Manny is a fitness enthusiast, and owns a mealprep service where he helps the public achieve their weight goal targets through food. Mar used to own a YouTube Channel called ChefMar where he recreates animated dishes IRL.
During the pandemic, Mar gained 40lbs going from 135 to 175lbs in a span of 2 years. Manny helped Mar lose 30lbs with his recipes and now, they have combined their expertise to share to the world macro friendly cooking to help you guys achieve your weight goals!
