My name is Sam and I create videos with binaural beats, isochronic tones, and solfeggio tones for meditation and brainwave entrainment.
I also share videos on subjects like selfimprovement, spiritual growth, selflove, psychedelics, the world, psychology, etc. I always share my thoughts on subjects that interest me at the time, so this channel is like a blog journal for myself :) It is my wish that through sharing my thoughts, viewpoints, and experiences, I can create more peace and harmony as well as help other individuals grow :)
