Sighthounds can be a unique but rewarding challenge to train. We aim to help those new to Sighthounds or just looking to add to their showing and training toolbox. We always use positive reinforcement as our base for all training as well as choice, which we find is a very effective combination for this independent breed.
You may wonder what I mean by choice. You will see in some of our videos that we are training off lead. We want our dogs to choose to train because it is fun and they enjoy it. In addition, we keep our sessions short. Frequent 5 minute sessions will allow you to accomplish so much!
