麻醬的做法
1⃣ 湯匙芝麻醬加入湯匙花生醬拌勻。
2⃣ 加入茶匙糖、1/2茶匙鹽、茶匙生抽、分多次加入茶匙涼開水攪拌至順滑。
3⃣ 最後加入適量芝麻油拌勻。

麻醬順滑的個竅門
❶用餐時才做 不要預先做定預先做定會反水。
❷芝麻醬和花生醬的比例是四份芝麻醬一份花生醬。
❸分多次加入茶匙涼開水攪拌至順滑為止。

2⃣ Add 1 teaspoon of sugar, 1/2 teaspoon of salt, 1 teaspoon of soy sauce, and slowly add 1 teaspoon of cold boiled water while stirring until the mixture is smooth.
3⃣ Finally, add an appropriate amount of sesame oil and mix well.

3 Tips for a Smooth Sesame Sauce:
❶ Make it right before serving, do not make it in advance as it will separate.
❷ The ratio of sesame paste to peanut butter is 4:1, meaning four parts sesame paste to one part peanut butter.
❸ Add 1 teaspoon of cold boiled water in small portions while stirring until the sauce becomes smooth.
