香煎姜丝黑鲳鱼软嫩鲜甜的鱼肉配上酱汁太好吃了

食材黑鲳鱼、姜丝、青葱丝、少许盐
酱汁:4勺生抽、少许胡椒粉、1勺糖 、半碗清水

做法
1热油下入姜丝煎至金黄色&酥脆取出备用
2热锅再倒多一点油中火煎鱼煎至金黄色
3锅留底油把调好的酱汁倒入煮至沸腾
4鱼装盘铺上姜丝酱汁淋在鱼上最后加入葱丝就完成开吃啦‼❤
