材料
蝦米腸粉 1份
蔥 適量
豉油汁
生抽 1湯匙
老抽 1茶匙
水 2湯匙
糖 1茶匙
做法
1⃣ 先煎一煎腸粉煎至微黃反轉煎至兩面微黃。
2⃣ 加入調好的豉油汁翻炒均勻加入蔥段炒勻後即可上碟。
Ingredients:
Rice noodle rolls dried shrimps 1 portion
Spring onions as needed
Soy Sauce Mixture:
Light soy sauce 1 tbsp
Dark soy sauce 1 tsp
Water 2 tbsp
Sugar 1 tsp
Cooking Directions:
1⃣ Panfry the rice noodle rolls until slightly golden on both sides.
2⃣ Add the sauce and stirfry until well coated. Add in the spring onions and stirfry briefly. Serve hot.
