材料Ingredients
大蜆 1斤 Clams 600g
蒜頭 5片 Sliced Garlic 5pcs
乾蔥 2顆 Shallot 2pcs
蔥段 適量 Scallion appropriate
指天椒 2條 Chill 2pcs
豆豉粒 1湯匙. Black Bean 1tbsp
