1 tsp Sesame Oil 麻油
Dash Of Chinese Celery 芹菜

270g Sago 西米
270g Water 清水
50g Wheat Starch 澄面粉
½ tsp Salt 盐
2 tbsp Shallot Oil 炸葱油

1 Tbsp Light Soy Sauce 生抽

1 Tsp Chicken Powder 鸡精粉
½ Tsp Pepper 胡椒粉
1 Tbsp Oyster Sauce 蚝油

150g Wheat Starch 澄面粉
100g Tapioca Flour 木薯粉
¼ Tsp Salt 食盐
300ml Hot Water 热紫甘蓝水
2 Tbsp Shallot Oil 炸葱油

★100ml Cooking Oil 食用油
