先提醒大家一个好消息中秋国庆长假很快就要到了大家有没有趁此时机计划和三两好友相聚啊今天我做了一锅炒鸡适合聚会的捞汁小海鲜拼锅麻辣鲜香好吃简单又有排面配上饮料和啤酒简直是完美的小聚啊藤椒油和辣椒油都是自制的还可以做很多别的菜哦


▋食材Ingredients

大头虾250g250g prawn
花蛤400g400g clam
八爪鱼200g200g octopus
蛏子250g250g razor clam
花螺400g400g babylonia areolata
姜ginger
葱spring onion
蒜头garlic
米酒rice wine
西芹celery

捞汁sauce
生抽6大勺6 tbsp light soysauce
蚝油4大勺4 tbsp oyster sauce
鱼露1大勺1 tbsp fish sauce
米醋1大勺1 tbsp rice vinegar
糖4大勺4 tbsp sugar
米酒4大勺4 tbsp rice wine
干辣椒1小把handful of dried chili
香叶4片4 bay leaf
八角2个2 star anise
新鲜藤椒30g30g fresh rattan pepper
花椒1大勺1 tbsp szchuan pepper
姜5片5 ginger slices
蒜2瓣2 cloves garlic
杭椒30g30g Hang pepper
小米辣20g20g red chili
熟白芝麻1大勺1 tbsp cooked white sesame

藤椒油rattan pepper oil
新鲜藤椒150g150g fresh rattan pepper
姜ginger
盐1小撮pinch of salt
油350g350g oil

红油chili oil
芝麻15g15g sesame
辣椒面40g40g chili powder
盐1小勺1 tsp salt
油350ml350ml oil
花椒面1大勺1 tbsp szchuan pepper powder
小葱5根5 spring onion
姜ginger
蒜头5瓣5 cloves garlic
