トラベーくんはカメラを向けられるのが嫌いで、写真を撮ろうとすると目が細くなったりそっぽを向いてしまうため、ご家族さまはトラベーくんのいい写真を残す事が出来ませんでした。

オーダー制作では写真だけが頼りですが、送ってもらった写真のトラベーくんはどれも彼らしく写っていない。
さぁ、どうしよう。
そんなスタートでした。

とにかく毎日写真を眺め、ヒアリングから感じたトラベーくんをイメージし、少し進んでは手が止まり、
そんな数ヶ月間でした。

試行錯誤の上、ようやく完成し、飼い主さんにメールで写真を送りました。
その返信には、

『トラベーです。
写真には残せなかったいい顔をした自慢のトラベーです。』
と、メッセージをいただきました。

トラベーを忘れていきたくなかった、という飼い主さんの言葉が胸にささりました。

とても愛された猫・トラベーくん。

この度のご縁に感謝しています。




“Torabee” hated the camera.
Trying to take a picture, he narrows his eyes or turns away.
So Torabee's family could not leave good pictures.

The only clue to the creation of "Wakuneco" is the picture provided by the client.
But Torabee in the picture that I got at hand is not like him.

Well, what shall I do.
It was a start from there.

I looked at the pictures every day and repeated hearings by email.
What kind of eyes was Torabee had?

I image the expression of a beloved cat from the words of the client.

After a while, the hand stops.
It was a few months made with such feeling.

After looking at the picture of the completed Wakuneco, the owner said.
“This is definitely Torabee.
It is Torabee proudly appearing.”
