*In Sarawak, Malaysia, Acar is a traditional pickled cucumber that the Chinese musthave during Chinese New Year. It tastes sweet and sour and slightly spicy. It can consume with prawn crackers, fried rice, or noodles, which is very delicious.
It can be stored for several months at room temperature.

Ingredients:
1 kg cucumber, 15g Dried chili, Candlenut (buah keras), Tumeric , Ginger, Fresh chili, Garlic, Shallot, Dried shrimp, Vinegar, Sugar & Oil.

*在马來西亞的砂拉越阿渣是华人在新年期间必备的传统腌黄瓜, 其味道酸甜和微辣。其吃法很多样化能配与虾饼炒饭或炒米粉之类的很合味。
这种腌品能于室温下保存几个月。

1公斤黄瓜, 15克辣椒干, 烛果, 黄姜生姜, 新鲜辣椒, 蒜米, 葱仔, 虾米, 醋, 白糖和油
