材料
雞 1隻
鹽焗雞粉 1包
薑、蔥 適量
紹酒 1湯匙
鹽適量
做法
1⃣ 雞洗淨吸乾水加入適量薑汁、適量鹽、1湯匙紹酒按摩全雞。
2⃣ 加入鹽焗雞粉、薑、蔥醃30分鐘(醃2小時更為入味)。
3⃣ 氣炸鍋攝氏180度焗約30分鐘。留意金黃程度以免烤焦。
備註本片所用氣炸鍋無需預熱及把食物反轉請根據您氣炸鍋的功能作適當調節。

Saltbaked chicken seasoning powder 1 packet
Ginger, spring onions as needed
Shaoxing wine 1 tablespoon
Salt to taste
Cooking Directions:
1⃣ Wash the chicken and pat dry. Add ginger juice, 1 teaspoon of salt, and 1 tablespoon of Shaoxing wine, and massage the entire chicken.
2⃣ Add the saltbaked chicken powder, spring onions, ginger, and marinate for 30 minutes (marinate for 2 hours for better taste).
3⃣ Air fry at 180°C for about 30 minutes. Pay attention to the golden color to avoid burning.
Note: The air fryer used in this recipe does not require preheating or flipping the food. Please adjust the cooking time and settings according to your air fryer's functions.
