DATE:February 2023 "Yamagata Zao" is located on the Yamagata Prefecture side of Mount Zao, which is 1,841 meters high in the Tohoku region. In winter, snow blocks that freeze when the seasonal winds hit trees are called "juhyo". They are spread over high altitudes above 1,500 meters near the summit. They are also called “Snow Monsters"locally, and you can experience the mysterious beauty of nature. The best time to see juhyo is from late January to late February.

撮影2023年2月 東北地方にある蔵王山の山形県側に位置する「山形蔵王」。冬になると季節風が木々にぶつかり凍り付く雪の塊が「樹氷」。山頂近くの標高1,500m以上の高地に広がっている。地元では「スノーモンスター」とも呼ばれており、大自然の造形美を体感できる。樹氷の見頃は1月下旬から月下旬がお勧め。
