五行蔬菜湯 4人份量

材料
西芹半棵
蕃茄細4個
紅蘿蔔細一個
白蘿蔔細一個
粟米芯一盒
雲耳或木耳一兩
冬菇大6隻
芫荽一棵

處理
1. 西芹切一吋一粒。
2. 蕃茄切細粒。
3. 紅蘿蔔去皮切粒。
4. 白蘿蔔去皮切粒。
5. 粟米芯切粒。
6. 雲耳或木耳清水浸軟切粒。
7. 冬菇清水浸軟切條。

烹調
1. 大火煲滾清水一升半。
2. 除了蕃茄及芫荽所有材料放入煲。
3. 湯大火滾起後轉中慢火煲15分鐘。
4. 湯加入蕃茄煲一分鐘。
5. 完成可享用。

Ingredients:
Celery 1 No.
Tomatoes (small) 4 Nos.
Carrot (small) 1 No.
White radish (small) 1 No.
Corncob 1 box
Cloud ear fungus or ceylon spinach 1 tael
Mushrooms (large) 6 Nos.
Coriander 1 No.

Preparation:
1. Celery, cut 1" per cube horizontally.
2. Tomatoes, cut in small cubes.
3. Carrot, get it peeled. Dice in cubes.
4. White radish, get it peeled. Dice in cubes.
5. Corncob, dice in cubes.
6. Cloud ear fungus or ceylon spinach, soak in tap water until it turns soft. Dice in cubes.
7. Mushrooms, soak in tap water until it turns soft. Slice them.

Steps:
1. High flame, heat up 1.5L of water in pot.
2. Put all the ingredients except tomatoes and coriander in the pot.
3. The soup, turn to medium~low flame after boils up. Boil for 15 minutes.
4. Add in tomatoes in the soup, boil for a minute.
5. Complete. Serve.
