梅子蒸排骨

材料
腩排1斤
酸梅4粒
支竹
粉絲4札

處理
1. 腩排洗乾淨擎乾水。
2. 加入酸梅。
3. 腩排調味
a. 生粉1湯匙壓爛酸梅攪勻。
b. 油1茶匙攪勻
c. 鮑魚汁1茶匙攪勻
d. 糖1湯匙攪勻。
醃15分鐘。
4. 粉絲清水浸軟。
5. 粉絲已浸軟放在碟上。
6. 放支竹。
7. 排骨放在支竹上。

烹調
1. 大火煲滾1鑊水。
2. 大火蒸排骨25分鐘。
3. 完成。

Steam pork ribs with sour plums:

Ingredients:
Pork ribs 1 catty
Sour plums 4 Nos.
Bean curd
Rice vermicelli 4 Nos.

Preparation:
1. Pork ribs, rinse thoroughly and hang dry.
2. Add sour plums.
3. Season the pork ribs:
a. Tapioca starch 1 tbsp, squeeze the sour plums, mix well.
b. Oil 1 tsp, mix well.
c. Abalone sauce 1 tsp, mix well.
d. Sugar 1 tbsp, mix well.
Season for 15 minutes.
4. Soak rice vermicelli with tap water well.
5. Vermicelli has been softened. Put on plate.
6. Put bean curd.
7. Pork ribs are to be put on top.

Steps:
1. Heat up a wok of water.
2. Steam pork ribs at high flame for 25 minutes.
3. Serve.
