300g Rice Flour 粘米粉
75g Tapioca Flour 木薯粉
1 tbsp Chicken Powder 鸡精粉
1 tsp Salt 盐
600ml + 200ml Water 清水共800毫升


300g Black Eyed Beans 眉豆
40g Dried Shrimps 虾米
4 tbsp Shallot Oil 葱油
30g Chopped Garlics 蒜末
4 Chinese Mushrooms 香菇
150g Minced Pork 肉末
±50ml Water 浸泡虾米水
½ tsp Pepper 胡椒粉
½ tsp Five Spice Powder 鸡精粉


★ Dash Of Shallot Slices With ±100ml Cooking Oil
红葱片适量 与 ±100毫升炸葱油
