1罐 扣肉 1 Can Stewed Meat
1 湯匙 蒜末 1 tbsp Minced Garlic
300克 米粉 300g Beehoon
适量的青菜 Proper Amount of Vegetables
适量的腐竹片 Proper Amount of Bean Curd Skin
少许 食用油 Dash of Cooking Oil
适量的黑酱油 Proper Amount of Black Soy Sauce
1 湯匙蚝油 1tbsp oyster sauce
1 茶匙 鱼露 1 tsp fish sauce
