炒河粉

材料
河粉1斤
雞蛋1隻
芽菜1碗
芫荽適量

程序
1. 芝麻白鑊慢火烘至有香味放碗內。
2. 雞蛋白鑊慢火打勻倒入鑊內煎成蛋皮切條放碗內。
3. 大火在鑊內燒熱油1茶匙。
4. 放河粉分開一條條加入少許油炒1分鐘。
5. 轉慢火。
6. 加入
a. 蠔油1湯匙炒勻。
b. 老抽半湯匙炒勻。
c. 芽菜炒勻加入少量油炒勻。
d. 胡椒粉適量
e. 糖半茶匙炒勻。
7. 從鑊邊加入生抽1湯匙炒勻。
8. 完成上碟可享用。

Ingredients:
Flat rice noodles 1 catty
Egg 1 No.
Bean sprouts 1 bowl
Coriander appropriate amount

Steps:
1. Sesame, plain wok, low flame. Stir it until you feel the good smell. Put in a bowl.

e. Sugar 0.5tsp, fry well.
7. Pour 1 tbsp of light soya sauce alongside the wok. Fry well.
8. Complete. Put on plate. Serve.
