This Kerala Style / Meat Curry Style Potato Curry is super easy and tasty recipe. This lightly spiced Chicken curry style urulakizhangu curry is best with anything which you can serve with chicken curry/ Meat curry and its a great side dish with pooris, idiyappams or chapathis

ingredients

Coconut oil ( വെളിച്ചെണ്ണ ) 4 Tablespoon
Ginger ( ഇഞ്ചി ) small
Garlic ( വെളുത്തുള്ളി ) cloves 4 Nos
Onion ( സവോള ) 2 ( M )
Salt ( ഉപ്പ് )
Green chilli ( പച്ചമുളക് ) 2 Nos
Tomato (തക്കാളി ) 1 ( M )
Coriander powder ( മല്ലിപ്പൊടി ) 2 Tablespoon
Red chilli powder ( മുളക് പൊടി ) 1 1/2 teaspoon
Turmeric powder ( മഞ്ഞൾപ്പൊടി) 1/4 teaspoon
Garam masala ( ഗരം മസാല ) 1/2 teaspoon
Potato ( ഉരുളക്കിഴങ്ങ് ) 600 g
Water ( വെള്ളം ) 1/2 cup
Coconut milk (തേങ്ങാപ്പാൽ ) 1 cup
Curry leaves ( കറിവേപ്പില ) 2 sprigs
Coriander leaves ( മല്ലിയില ) 1 Tbsp
