Aloo Chilla
২ টি সেদ্ধ আলু / 2 ea Boiled Potato
১/২ গ্রেটকরা গাজর/ 1/2 Carrot Great
২ টি পিয়াঁজ কুচি / 2 ea Onion Chopped
১ টি মাঝারি মাপের ক্যাপসিকাম / 1 ea Medium Size Capcicum
১ টি ছোট মাপের আদা / 1 ea Small Size Ginger
৬–৭ টি কাচা লঙ্কা কুচি / 6–7 ea Green Chilli Chopped
১/২ চা চামচ গোটা জিরে / 1/2 tsp Whole Cumin
১/২ চা চামচ মৌরি / 1/2 tsp Fennel
স্বাদমত নুন / Salt to Taste
১ চা চামচ গোলমরিচ গুঁড়ো / 1 tsp Black Pepper Powder
কুচোন ধনেপাতা / Chopped Coriander
৫০০ গ্রাম ময়দা / 500g Flour
জল / Water
চিনি / Sugar
২ চা চামচ তেল / 2 tsp Oil
