Dimer Chop Ingredients
৩০০ গ্রাম আলু / 300g Potato
জল / Water
৪ টি শুকনো লঙ্কা / 4 ea Dry Chilli
১ টি দারচিনি টুকরো / 1 ea Cinnamon Sticks
৫ টি এলাচ / 5 ea Cardamom
১ চা চামচ গোটা ধনে / 1 tsp Whole Coriander
১ চা চামচ গোটা জিরে / 1 tsp Whole Cumin
১/২ চা চামচ মৌরি / 1/2 tsp Fennel
৬ টি ডিম / 6 ea Egg
স্বাদমত নুন / Salt to Taste
১ চা চামচ ভিনিগার / 1 tsp Vinigar ১/২ চা চামচ গোলমরিচ গুঁড়ো / 1/2 tsp Black Pepper Powder
স্বাদমত নুন / Salt to Taste
১/২ চা চামচ লাল লঙ্কার গুঁড়ো / 1/2 tsp Red Chilli Powder
৪ চা চামচ তেল / 4 tsp Oil
১.৫ চা চামচ কুচোন আদা / 1.5 tsp Chopped Ginger
২ চা চামচ কুচোন রসুন / 2 tsp Chopped Garlic
২ চা চামচ কুচোন কাচা লঙ্কা / 2 tsp Chopped Green Chillies
৩ টি মাঝারি মাপের পিয়াঁজ কুচি / 3 ea Medium Size Onion Chopped
স্বাদমত নুন / Salt to Taste
১ চা চামচ হলুদ গুঁড়ো, কাশ্মীরি লঙ্কার গুঁড়ো, জিরে গুঁড়ো এবং ধনে গুঁড়ো / 1 tsp Turmeric, Kashmiri Chilli, Cumin and Corriander Powder
দিয়ে দিন কুড়োন সেদ্ধ আলু / Add Greated Boiled Potato
১ চা চামচ বিট নুন / 1 tsp Black Salt
১ চা চামচ চাট মসলা / 1 tsp Chat Masala
২ চা চামচ বাড়িতে তৈরি ভাজা মসলা / 2 tsp Home Made Bhaja Masala
কুচোন ধনে পাতা / Chopped Coriander Leaves
ব্রেডকাম / Bread Crumb
২ টি মেশানো ডিম দিয়ে ১ চা চামচ কর্নফ্লাওয়ার,নুন এবং গোল মরিচ / 2 Eggs Mix With 1 tsp Cornflour,Salt and Black Peppe
