Restaurent Style Egg Masala
Ingredients
৬ টি ডিম / 6 ea Egg
১ চা চামচ ভিনিগার / 1 tsp Vinigar
১ চা চামচ নুন / 1 tsp Salt
৩০ মিলি সরষের তেল / 30 ml Mustard Oil
১/২ চা চামচ হলুদ গুঁড়ো / 1/2 tsp Turmeric Powder
১/২ চা চামচ কাশ্মীরি লঙ্কার গুঁড়ো / 1/2 tsp Kashmiri Chilli Powder
স্বাদমত নুন / Salt to Taste
৩ টি মাঝারি মাপের পিয়াঁজ কুচি / 3 Medium Size Onion Chopped
১ টি ছোট দারচিনির টুকরো / 1 Small Sticks of Cinnamon
৬–৭ টি এলাচ / 6–7 ea Cardamom
৫ টি লবঙ্গ / 5 ea Long
১ টি স্টারানিস / 1 ea Star Anise
২ চা চামচ কুচোন কাচা লঙ্কা / 2 tsp Chopped Green Chillies
২ চা চামচ আদা এবং রসুন বাটা / 2 tsp Ginger and Garlic Paste
২ টি টমেটো বাটা / 2 ea Tomato Paste
৪ চা চামচ টকদই / 4 tsp Curd
১ চা চামচ গোলমরিচ গুঁড়ো / 1 tsp Black Pepper Powder
১ চা চামচ জিরে গুঁড়ো / 1 tsp Cumin Powder
১ চা চামচ কাশ্মীরি লঙ্কার গুঁড়ো / 1 tsp Kasmiri Chilli Powder
১ চা চামচ ধনে গুঁড়ো / 1 tsp Coriander Powder
১/২ চা চামচ মৌরি গুঁড়ো / 1/2 tsp Fennel Powder
