Ingredients
Taro leaves/kochur saak 1 kg (washed and cut into pieces)
Coconut ½ of a medium sized coconut
Bengal gram /chola/chana1/2 cup(soaked overnight)
peanut 1/4 Cup
Red chili 3
Mustard oil 4 tsp
Turmeric powder1 tsp
panch phoron1/2 t spoon (It comprises mouri (fennel seeds), methi (fenugreek seeds), kaalo jeere (black cumin seeds), zeera(cumin seeds), and a typically Bengali spice, called radhuni)
Sugar2 tbsp
Salt to taste
