Curd(yogurt/dahi)1/2 cup
Baking soda1/2 tsp
Onion1/4 cup
Carrot 1/4 cup
Coriander leaves 1/4 cup
Cabbage 1/2 cup
French beans 1/4 cup
Capsicum1/4 cup
Tomato1/4 cup
Coriander powder 1/2 tsp
Cumin powder1/2 tsp
Garam masala powder 1/2 tsp
Chilli flakes 1 tsp
Mustard seeds 1 tsp
Curry leaves
Salt to taste
Cooking oil2 to 3 tbsp
