This bread maker gets used a lot more often than I initially thought it would. I most often use it to make doughs, for pizza, pasta and other baked goods. It's also helped me with sourdough starter and can make jam (though I haven't tried that yet).

After using this almost every other week since I bought it, my favorite recipes from the book it came with are the cinnamon raisin bread and the pizza dough with beer. (i'd recommend skipping the other pizza recipes in the booklet).

The Zojorushi Virtuoso features 2 kneading blades and a heater on the lid which helps ensure even baking. There's multiple settings and the ability to create your own custom settings as well for example, glutenfree.

In detail some of the bread machine settings are basic bread, wheat bread, gluten free bread, sourdough starter, dough, jam, cake, quick bread and 3 home made menus.

In summary, I've been very happy with this machine, especially because it's been so useful. I like how it makes all kinds of things aside from bread and is easy to clean and easy to use.
