Regarding the homemade cleaning detergent
I followed the recipe from 'Manmulsang Saalim', an Korean TV program, with only one change that I used 'EM rice water' instead of just water.
This is cleaning detergent, so please use it only for cleaning usage (Toilet, sink, etc). Not for washing machine, nor dish washing.
About using citric acid with Baking soda : Baking soda is alkaline and citric acid is acidic, so when mixed each other, it is neutralized and the cleaning power of each is weakened. However, it is said that carbonic acid is produced by a chemical reaction, and the foam that occurs at that time is effective in removing dirt. Therefore, it is recommended to mix only when cleaning.
