The Church of England recently appointed Rachel Mann as archdeacon of Bolton and Salford in Manchester diocese. Rachel Mann is the first transgender archdeacon in the Church of England, and the response on both sides of the spectrum will be impassioned (to say the least). In the midst of the uproar, though, there are things which we can't afford to forget and pitfalls which we must avoid and that's what I want to share in this video.
