Today I'm going to show you a new potato appetizer recipe. I call them Potato Flowers!
You'll only need a few ingredients!
Ingredients:
Potatoes: 450 g / 16 oz.
Cornstarch: 150 g / 5 oz.
Wurstel: 2.
Salt.
Oil for frying.
For the Sweet and Sour sauce:
Cornstarch: 1 tablespoon.
Water: 100 ml / 3,5 fl oz.
White vinegar: 40 ml / 1,5 fl oz.
Sugar: 40 g / 1,5 oz.
Tomato concentrate: 2 tablespoons.
Salt: 1/2 teaspoon.
