1 cauliflower, divided into florets
Salt
Let cook for 10 minutes
Grease a baking dish with vegetable oil

50 ml milk
Mix well
Pour in the egg mixture
200g mozzarella
paprika
Bake at 180°C for 20 minutes
Cut 1 kg of potatoes into cubes
Let cook for 57 minutes
Remove potatoes from water
Melt 50 g butter
Fry the potatoes for 5 minutes
Salt
1 onion finely chopped
Fry for 34 minutes
Dice 1 red pepper
Fry for another 5 minutes
Cauliflower is ready!
