These moving sculptures and static sculptures are all made from scrap metal objects I found or that other people found and gave to me.
I just love getting others to think about new ways to use things that we often look at as useless or not valuable.
It always amazes me that there is so much variety in art, in people's imagination and creative processes, everyone has gifts, even if they haven't discovered their own talents yet.
Every day I get to use my imagination to take scrap metal, thrown out antique items, automotive, moped, motorcycle parts, just about anything metal that can be welded, bolted, riveted, bent, hammered, cut, twisted, and brazed together in some way, and make a totally new form or new automaton that brings smiles to the faces of both adults and children. That makes the many weeks it takes to make them all worth the efforts!
