No one is coming.

It's true.

No one is coming to do the work to change your life, your job, your body or your relationships.

Whenever I feel stuck, frustrated or lost I tell myself "no one's coming."

It is not only true it's very motivating. It always makes me (as my mother says) "pull up my big girl panties" and just face whatever it is I don't wanna deal with.
