• Butter 100 g
• Baking Powder 10 g
• Sugar
• Cinnamon

2 Casserole with minced chicken and cottage cheese
• Chicken fillet 500 g
• Cottage cheese 200 g
• Milk 200 ml
• Flour 100 g
• Eggs 2 pcs.
• Carrots 23 pieces.
• Onions 1 pc.
• Hard cheese 4050 g
• Dill
• Ground black pepper
• Spices, salt

3 Lazy dumplings with cottage cheese
• Flour 260 g (+/ 50 g) depends on the moisture of the cottage cheese
• Cottage cheese 500 g
• Salt 1 tsp.
• Eggs 2 pcs.
• Butter

4 Appetizer from cottage cheese and herring
• Cottage cheese (nonsour) 200 g
• Herring (lightly salted) 100 g
• Dill
• Sour cream 1 tbsp.
