I feel strange making a video about this. but I think we need to talk about it— and I need to talk about. one of my family friends committed suicide this past week and my reaction was visceral grief. it reminded me in the midst of grief of our interconnected lives and that we need to speak life into those around us. You are not alone, I am not alone, we are not alone.
