You might be doing Mass Outbreaks WRONG (Do this instead). In this video, you will go to the Pokemon Location and reset the date until you get the mass outbreak spawn. This New mass outbreak method will get you Shiny Pokemon of your choice. You are probably doing the MASS OUTBREAK wrong the entire time. You can CHOOSE which pokemon you want to hunt via this trick. Through this Trick I was able to spawn rare Lucario mass outbreak and got a Rare lucario shiny in Pokemon Scarlet and Violet. I was also able to get Shiny Sylveon using this Rare Mass outbreak method in Pokemon Scarlet and Violet. Some other rare mass outbreaks I did in this video were to show you guys how to get Gardevoir in pokemon scarlet and violet. Also I showed example of how to get zoroark in Pokemon Scarlet an Violet with this Rare mass outbreak by doing Date skip.
