I happened to be browsing an online SDR (software defined radio) this one being from Washington DC. I noticed WTWW on 9.475 Mhz which isn't a frequency known to be used much at least to me. In the past they have used 9.940 Mhz. They continue to broadcast on 5.085 Mhz and I was able to catch the sign on. This was recorded on Friday April 19th, 2024 at 8 pm.
