In this video tutorial, I show and tell you how to tie a rectangular rug. This knitting is somewhat reminiscent of crocheted jacquard, only without tearing the cord. I knitted a rug with a 3 mm polyester cord with a core, used 2 colors brown and beige. The hook was used by No. 4,5. According to the scheme, I knitted up to 91 rows (inclusive), the scheme is below. The size turned out to be 68 cm by 90 cm . I tied it just with columns without a cape. I have a video lesson on carpet binding on the channel, you can tie it up and as I show in this video lesson.

On such a mat, it took 400 meters of one color and 400 meters of another color.
