It's 45 minutes from Rapid City, 18 to Sturgis, and 20 to Deadwood.

You could also live in Belle Fourche or Whitewood which are under 10 minutes away.

The home of Black Hills State University, Spearfish has everything you need to live grocery, hardware stores, department stores, restaurants and coffee shops (it is a college town, after all!)
